Ultra-Deep Vacuum Four-Stage Chemical-Duty Diaphragm Pump
The Welch MPC 303 V is Welch's deepest-vacuum chemical-duty diaphragm pump in the compact 4-head platform, designed for applications demanding the lowest achievable pressure in a dry, oil-free format. The MPC 303 V uses four heads in a four-stage configuration to achieve low ultimate pressure, with PTFE and other fluorinated plastics used for all wetted parts to handle aggressive vapors and gases.The MPC 303 V delivers a free air capacity of 36 lpm @60Hz / 33 lpm @50Hz and achieves an ultimate pressure of 1 mbar / 0.75 Torr — the deepest vacuum level in the standalone MPC 4-head series. Its four-stage pneumatic configuration makes it the pump of choice for freeze drying, glove box applications, Schlenk lines, and high-vacuum laboratory processes where traditional two-stage pumps fall short.
The device is driven by an AC motor and consists of a pumping unit with four pump heads. It is equipped with a gas ballast ,when opened, ambient air is sucked into the chamber at the last stage, preventing the formation of condensate in the pump delivery area in applications with vapors.
