The Welch CRVpro 2 Premium Package comes with integral gas ballast valves and includes digital Vacuum gauge VMpro 2, two-way ball valve, oil mist filter AKD 16, T-piece, hose adapter DN16KF-10/8, rubber vacuum hose (2.5m) and oil drain kit. It is suitable for use with chemicals, yet doesn't include inlet trap or condenser.
The CRVpro family includes all the features you'd expect in a direct drive rotary vane pump: gas ballast, forced oil lubrication, anti-suckback mechanism and thermal overload protection.
CRVpro2 vacuum pumps can be used for applications such as
- freeze drying,
- vacuum ovens,
- schlenk lines,
- backing turbo molecular pumps,
- degassing,
- vessel/chamber evacuation.
Direct drive pumps are not recommended for filtration, aspiration, drying electrophoresis gels, or other applications requiring sustained operation above 30 torr.
