Changes to better serve your vacuum needs
The business of Welch is serving your application needs. Welch ® has undergone several changes in 2007 to improve our ability to bring Value to our Customers.
Dry Vacuum Pump manufacturing has moved from Skokie, IL to a GDT plant in Sheboygan, WI. The extensive capability in Sheboygan plant includes robotics and automation-augmented QC. This plant will enable Welch to bring new generations of the vacuum industry’s most advanced dry(oil-free) pump designs to you.
High Vacuum Belt- and Direct-drive Pump manufacturing has moved from Skokie, IL to the GDT plant in Monroe, LA. These high-vacuum pumps have been industry standards for many years. The capacity and flexible manufacturing of the Monroe plant will enable you to get exactly the right pump for your high vacuum Application for generations to come.
Welch Offices have moved from Skokie, IL to our new location in Niles, IL. The new offices include Welch Customer Service / Technical Support, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, and Servicing groups. Contact us at:
